Epicenter Design Response

If I go make an application or website I would have to have the information for it first before I start laying out the website. However if I would like to illustrate some stuff, then the epicenter could be the information that I would like to convey or it could be the illustrations I draw. With the music video it is also similar to the illustrations. The epicenter of that design could be the information or music and lyrics before the filming and editing. I think considering all this. I think it would be best to familiarize myself with mental health issues and what people go through in order to try to understand for myself what people go through.
